There are two Conference rooms available for tenant’s usage and are located on the SW corner of the Plus 15 level of the East Tower. Tenants can go on-line to book a boardroom. If you need help on how to reserve a Conference room, please contact Tenant Relations Manager Simona Berneanu at [email protected] or at 403-202-7559.

Both Conference rooms are fully equipped with a multi media system consisting of projectors, sound system and internet access. There is WI-FI internet access in both conference rooms.
WIFI’s network connection instructions:
- Open WIFI and select Intact Place Boardroom
- When prompted for password enter: winter_2012
Flip charts are also available in each room. If your meeting inludes a presentation please be reminded to bring a laptop that allows an VGA cable connection.
The rooms can be set up in different layouts; the larger Conference room can accommodate up to 30 people and the smaller Conference room can accommodate seating for up to 12 people comfortably.
Please note that any other expenses incurred by the user (i.e. long-distance phone calls, additional cleaning, damages , etc.) will be charged back to the user at cost plus an administration fee.
Shower Facilities and Day Use Lockers
There are onsite showers and day use lockers for tenants' use in Intact Place.
Located on the main floor lobby, access to the facility is via secured access only and tenants are required to use their building access cards in order to gain entry.
Tenants are reminded that the lockers are strictly for day use only and no personal items are to be left in the lockers overnight.
